GROW GIRL GROW!!!
Milo, a VERY talented designer from Sweden, has created the card as you see. She has a special way about her work. It is always very layered, very lush, soft colors, colors to die for, lots of embellishments. Sometimes I just stare and stare at her work and everytime I look, I see something different. Notice the tiny ANT in the grass. How cute is that? She also likes to distress the edges of her paper, which really adds a nice touch!
Milo is so into DETAIL and that’s part of what makes her work so fabulous, so creative and so TOTALLY MILO. Enjoy every bit of detail.

You can find GROW GIRL here and MILO here! Thank you Milo. You can find more fun stuff at the Designers Blog and the Stampotique Challenge Blog.

HUNK TIMES TWO
Here’s HUNK and double HUNK. Isn’t this a GREAT arrangement created by Betty Roberts! When I first laid eyes on it, I laughed out loud! Great design, great coloring, layering; Betty has it all together! You can find HUNK here and Betty here!
Did you know that STAMPOTIQUE has a challenge going on every two weeks? And for additional inspiration, there is a specific blog just for the design team. They have put up some wonderful cards to dream over. Whether you are an individual looking for something different to do or a shop owner searching for a new class idea, try these blogs.

HOLY BATMAN, ROBIN… or batboy????
You can enlarge these pictures by clicking on them.

Vicki Garrett has sent this WONDERFUL card to us using BATBOY. I love her interpretation. Vicki incorporated a Cuttlebug folder for the background, BAT BOY, HONEYCOMB, and BIRTHDAY WISHES. She sure knows how to market products!!! If I were a shop owner, I would LOVE to have her on my design team ’cause she could really move the products!!! Using her COPIC markers which she is SOOO good at using, she has brought Daniel Torrente’s BAT BOY alive and wishing someone a very happy birthday!!! Thank you Vicki! You are the best.

MARCI in an English Garden

Some people look at Marci and think, EEK! But Jo Capper-Sandon felt that Marci would do well in the midst of an “English garden” of sorts. With a little bit of this and a little bit of that we have a lovely and sweet Marci standing among the roses. Isn’t she darling?

SNOWMAN LOVE
BTW this photo can be enlarged by simply clicking on it. This snowman, an original image by Daniel Torrente, knows what is important in life. Jo Capper-Sandon brought him to life in a way only she can do! Instead of me trying to explain her technique, here are her own words, ” I created a splashy background from Glimmermists being sprayed onto plastic sheeting then ‘mopping’ up the colour onto cardstock. I stamped the snowman in black Memento and coloured what I felt needed to be shaded areas in with Copic markers. I drew the heart and string in a non bleed fineline pen then attached ribbon to finish.”
I could read her words forever! Couldn’t you? You can almost imagine her talking with the beautiful British accent.
Isn’t the internet wonderful? It brings all of us crafters together in the push of a button. Thank you Jo. Love your work! You can find more of Jo’s work in the Craft Stamper magazine; a British publication.

Beautiful Home
Here we have little ‘Mort had a pincurl‘ standing next to the ‘town of Goth‘ thinking to himself, ‘couldn’t you just pee your pants?‘ Maybe the town of Goth is too scary for him? Hmmm. I think its quite a lovely town actually. Mort could be a bit of a scaredy pants, after all, he DOES have a pincurl in the middle of his forehead! I just wish he would get his teeth sanded down a bit.
Vicki did a GORGEOUS job as always. Using her COPIC markers, she spun her magic.
